Notes & News from the Cathedral of Saint James, South Bend
Register Today!
Saint James' Annual Parish Meeting is just two weeks away! We'll meet in Cathedral Hall at Noon for a potluck lunch, a preview of the big year ahead, a keynote presentation on Story from storyteller extraordinaire Marie Gambetta, Chapter and Convention representative elections, and presentation of the 2024 budget (which will be sent out in advance after it is approved by the Chapter).
Ham, brisket, and bean salad options will be provided as main dishes. Those coming are asked to bring a salad, side, or dessert to share. Childcare will be provided by the Cathedral youth group. Please come, help us celebrate life as a Cathedral congregation.

Epiphany Tea

Celebrate the Feast of the Epiphany in style at the Cathedral. All are welcome to don a fancy hat (or not) and come down to Cathedral Hall for King Cake, warm beverages, and other breakfast delights.

A Case for Love Movie
Tuesday, January 23 at 7 pm
Cinemark Theaters, Mishawaka
“A Case for Love” is a heartfelt yet personally challenging movie inspired by the teachings and writings of Bishop Michael Curry. The Cathedral community is encouraged to attend the screening of the film on Tuesday, January 23. We will also engage in follow-up discussions for several weeks afterwards.
