Bishop Simon Chuang Deng, who will be consecrated as Bishop of the Diocese of Renk in South Sudan this Sunday by Archbishop Joseph Garang, who is a close friend of Bishop Frank Gray. This is a big occasion for the city of Renk, and our prayers are requested this weekend.
For the repose of the soul of David Kresser, brother-in-law of Janice Haywood, who died unexpectedly on July 5. Please pray for his wife, Cheryle, son Zachary, and for Janice and Tim.
For Pat, who will be working in California until November.
