The Dean's List
Busy Day, So I'll Be Brief
1) Tomorrow. Kegg Organ Dedication, Advent Festival of Lessons & Music, and Reception: Saturday, December 9 at 2 pm. Please come!
2) Please pray for the repose of Gloria Henry, sister of Tony Molnar, who died last Friday after entering hospice care earlier this year. May her soul, and the souls of all the departed, through the mercy of God rest in peace, and may light perpetual shine upon her. Please pray for her children and their families, and for Tony. We remembered Gloria at the Friday noon Eucharist today. A funeral will be planned for a time when the family is able to gather.
3) Please pray for Dan Demler, Sr., who took a trip to the ER earlier this past Tuesday after falling in his home. Fortunately, all of his bones are still whole and in the right place. Unfortunately, he has COVID. He's back home with family members caring for him. Please keep in in your prayers.
Called to Leadership
Among the several tasks of the Annual Parish Meeting upcoming in January is electing persons to serve in leadership positions on the Cathedral Chapter and as Delegates to Diocesan Convention. If you are interested in learning more about these positions or in being nominated, please speak with Fr. Brian Grantz or Senior Warden Elizabeth Burman.
Blessings,
Brian
